Phil Ivey won his 9th bracelet in Event # 3 of the WSOP APAC


The American Phil Ivey went to Melbourne to enhance his legacy as the best player in the world. In the premiere edition of the World Series of Poker Asia Pacific (APAC WSOP), Ivey won event # 3, thus ensuring its 9th WSOP bracelet.

The WSOP Event # 3 APAC, was a tournament of Mixed AUD $ 2,200, which had 81 participants and a prize pool of AUD $ 162,000. At the final table of 6 people, came two of the biggest names in the poker world - Ivey and Team PokerStars Pro Daniel Negreanu.

Finalists for the first prize of AUD $ 51.840 or be the main attraction, but the possibility of winning a World Series of Poker bracelet. Starting with only 6 players, it took 11 hours to determine the champion of this event.
